Terms of Ordering

Separability

If any provision of these Terms of Ordering shall be deemed illegal or unenforceable, such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other legal provisions hereof which together shall then be construed as if such illegal and unenforceable provision or provisions had not been inserted herein, unless such illegality or unenforceability shall destroy the underlying business purpose of these Terms of Ordering.

Force Majeure

SFPlus shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of SFPlus in the conduct of its business.

Availability

SFPlus keeps most of the products in stock. If a product is not in stock when purchaser place order, SFPlus will do the best to let the purchaser know. SFPlus will also provide the best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our web site and provided the most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Lifetime Warranty Service

All products are warranted by SFPlus only to purchasers for resale or for use in business or original equipment manufacturer, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use (consumables, normal tear and wear excluded) for lifetime, unless otherwise stated. Any part which is determined by SFPlus to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to SFPlus or authorized service location, as SFPlus designates, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, at SFPlus's option.
SFPlus makes no guarantee against and shall not be liable regarding any damage to products installed, operated or maintained negligently in any manner or otherwise not due to SFPlus's fault. SFPlus shall be allowed a reasonable period to investigate any Buyer's claim for a defective product and shall be given access to Buyer's relevant records and data for this purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SFPLUS 'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be approved by SFPlus, and may be subject to restocking and other charges.

Product Information

SFPlus's ability to keep product information accurate and up-to-date is limited by manufacturers and other industry sources ability to provide product information. Therefore, SFPlus makes no warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of the catalogue data.

Pricing

Because of the fast-moving nature of the industry, prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. SFPlus will do its best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and SFPlus reserves the right to make changes without notice. If purchaser has ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold the order and inform the purchaser of the increase.

Payment Terms

SFPlus accepts Paypal. SFPlus also accepts T/T in advance.

Freight Policy

SFPlus provides worldwide free shipping for orders over US$ 500. For orders less than US$ 500, SFPlus charges a flat rate of US$ 28.00 for each order.

Purchasers are welcome to provide their own courier collect a/c for freight charge incurred. Should no courier collect a/c be available, international shipments are delivered normally through FedEx or DHL unless otherwise specified. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. If any item is backordered on an order qualifying for freight prepayment, that item will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier. Any discrepancies with the order must be reported to SFPlus within 48 hours of receipts.

Shipping Options

International shipments are delivered normally through FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS unless otherwise specified.

Export and Import Licenses; Permits and Freight Forwarder
Notwithstanding anything contained herein and unless expressly agreed, purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for any permits, licenses, or other governmental authorization(s) necessary for the exportation or importation of the products into the designated country of importation, and it shall comply with all laws and regulations thereof. Purchaser shall select and pay the freight forwarder who shall solely be the Purchaser's agent. The freight forwarder's actions shall not be deemed authorized by, or binding upon SFPlus, unless expressly agreed to by SFPlus.

Changes and errors

SFPlus promises to do everything to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product outlook, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. SFPlus reserves the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.

Return Policies

Defective products will be accepted for exchange within 14 days from receipt. Buyer might be requested to return the defective products to SFPlus for verification or authorized service location, as SFPlus designated, shipping costs prepaid. The replacement, which is identical to the defective unit in terms of both model and appearance, will be delivered to the buyer, shipping costs prepaid by SFPlus. As long as no replacement unit is available, SFPlus will refund the buyer with the amount of payment receipt at our bank account. Order over 14 days from the invoice date will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by SFPlus.
