Optical Cable Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

The dividend announced today implies an annual cash dividend of $0.08 per common share.

Management's Comments

Neil Wilkin, President and Chief Executive Officer of OCC, said, "We are pleased to announce our sixteenth consecutive quarterly dividend since OCC's Board of Directors began declaring quarterly dividends in October 2010." 

"OCC continues to generate positive operating cash flow each year, enabling the Board to return cash to shareholders in the form of a regular quarterly dividend," added Mr. Wilkin.
